What did they say? (iOS, iPadOS & macOS)

How annoying is it when you miss something that was said in a video you were watching, and have to manually go back, enable subtitles and then disable them again because you hate watching everything with subtitles on. Well, I find it extremely annoying and I wanted to fix that with a shortcut.

This is a simple shortcut that can seek backwards, enable sub-titles and disable them after 20 seconds.
